T2 — Zone Périphérique (PZ)

1 — Signal homogène hyperintense (normal)

2 — Hyposignal linéaire/cunéiforme ou diffus modéré

3 — Signal hétérogène ou hyposignal modéré arrondi

4 — Hyposignal focal homogène modéré, < 1.5 cm

5 — Comme 4, mais ≥ 1.5 cm ou extension extraprostatique

T2 — Zone de Transition (TZ)

1 — Signal intermédiaire homogène (normal)

2 — Nodule d'HBP encapsulé hypointense

3 — Signal hétérogène, contours flous

4 — Lenticulaire, hyposignal homogène modéré, < 1.5 cm

5 — Comme 4, mais ≥ 1.5 cm ou extension extraprostatique

DWI

1 — Pas d'anomalie sur ADC et DWI haute valeur b

2 — Hyposignal ADC indistinct

3 — Hyposignal ADC focal modéré, iso/léger hypersignal DWI

4 — Hyposignal ADC focal marqué, hypersignal DWI marqué, < 1.5 cm

5 — Comme 4, mais ≥ 1.5 cm ou extension extraprostatique

DCE

− Négatif : pas de rehaussement précoce focal correspondant

+ Positif : rehaussement focal précoce correspondant à T2/DWI suspect
